We are committed to ensuring that our customers receive the same level of service from purchase to delivery and beyond. We do our very best to make sure the merchandise is in showroom condition upon delivery. If it is not, we will repair or replace until it is restored to original showroom condition. After delivery, we guarantee our furniture for one full year against manufacturing defects (with the manufacturer's warranty). Excluded from this guarantee are "as is" merchandise and other specifically marked final sale items.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse or accidents.
- Damage of discolouration caused by sunlight.
- Abnormal wear, fading or shrinkage of any fabric.
It's human nature to worry and be protective of an important investment. Our Protection Plans will do the worrying for you, so you can relax and enjoy your furniture or mattresses... whatever life throws at it. See one of our sales consultants for details.
Our trained professionals will provide delivery and positioning except for ready to assemble products. They will operate with the utmost respect for your home.
Before purchase, please measure the width of doors, hallways and stairs. Before delivery, please clear away all obstacles. In the rare event of an impossible tight fit, we will only move the furniture with your approval.
We provide you with a time frame for your delivery; however, it's conditional to road conditions and other situations beyond our control.
